Our doughnuts are freshly baked on the day of shipment, hand decorated and carefully packaged in our gift boxes. This means the doughnuts stay fresh and edible for up to four days.

If, despite everything, your order arrives badly damaged or in an inedible condition, simply contact our customer service. We will take care of it immediately and find the right solution.
