Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We deliver across the UK with DHL Express.
Where available, orders placed before 2pm can qualify for next-day delivery. Delivery pricing is shown at checkout based on your postcode and chosen date.
For date-sensitive gifts like birthdays, office surprises or launches, we recommend choosing delivery one day earlier for extra peace of mind.
Do you deliver to the USA?
Yes. USA Express delivery is now available for only 9.95$.
Do you deliver across Europe?
Yes. We deliver across Europe with DHL Express.
For EU orders, delivery cost and service availability are shown at checkout based on destination country. Our Berlin bakery operations help support continental fulfilment and freshness.
How fresh are the donuts when they arrive?
Our donuts are baked fresh every day and shipping is optimized for fast transit, typically under 24 hours where available.
They stay fresh for up to 4 days when kept in a cool, dry place. For best texture and flavour, we still recommend enjoying them as soon as possible after arrival.
How reliable is delivery?
We ship with DHL Express and most orders arrive on the selected date.
For time-sensitive gifts and celebrations, we still recommend choosing delivery for the day before the occasion where possible.
What if my order arrives late or damaged?
If a delivery arrives late or damaged, email hello@doughnuttime.co.uk with your order number and clear photos.
We will review the issue quickly and work on a fast reshipment or refund solution where appropriate.
Does someone need to be home for delivery?
Not necessarily, but you should use your DHL tracking link to set a safe place or neighbour preference if needed.
If no delivery instructions are given, DHL may leave the parcel in the location they judge appropriate. We recommend adding clear instructions in advance for valuable or date-sensitive orders.

Do you have vegan options?
Yes. We offer many vegan options daily and vegan doughnuts are a core part of the Doughnut Time range.
Availability can vary by box, season and market, so the best live selection is always what you see on-site at the time of ordering.
Do you offer gluten-free doughnuts?
Selected gluten-free recipe doughnuts may be available at times, and when they are, they are typically cake-style by design to travel more reliably in transit.
However, everything is made in a shared kitchen and the site should not be treated as a certified gluten-free environment. Cross-contact is possible, so please check carefully before ordering if you are highly sensitive or coeliac.
What about allergens?
Our products are made in one kitchen where nuts, gluten, dairy and other allergens may be handled. While we take care with production, cross-contact is possible.

Are Doughnut Time donuts too sugary?
Our core recipes have been refined with around 20% less sugar to improve flavour balance and make the donuts feel less heavy.
The goal is still an indulgent treat, but with clearer flavour definition and better overall balance.
Are the donuts dry or stale after shipping?
No. We bake fresh daily and our shipping process is designed around freshness retention in transit.
Most deliveries move fast with DHL Express, and our packaging is built to help the donuts land soft, fresh and gift-ready.
How should I store them?
Store your donuts in a cool, dry place and enjoy them as soon as possible for the best experience.
They stay fresh for up to 4 days. We generally do not recommend refrigerating unless a specific product page says otherwise, as cold storage can affect texture.

For date-sensitive fresh orders, same-day changes are often not possible once production has started.
