Our donuts are baked from fresh dough (no frozen goods!) and can therefore be kept for 3-4 days from the day of production.

They are packed directly after cooling in our specially developed Doughnut Time freshness post boxes and sent out on the same day.

🤝 Our freshness guarantee:If your doughnuts don't arrive within two working days of dispatch, or have been badly damaged in transit, we'll send you a new box free of charge!

Our products contain gluten and are therefore not currently suitable for celiac disease allergy sufferers.

Our vegan donut dough contains soy flour and is therefore not suitable for soy allergy sufferers!

Due to the processing of nuts in our kitchen, we advise nut allergy sufferers from the consumption of our products.
