DOUGHNUT DAMAGES: DPD CLAIM FORM

Doughnut Time doughnuts are handmade on the same day they are collected by DPD (our courier partners.) They are delivered to you the very next day to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival. Although we are not responsible for delays once our doughies have left the bakery - we will do what we can to help if you have any issues.

Sometimes during transit boxes may tip upside down - we've developed packaging to protect the doughies as much as possible, but please do note that they will still be just as delicious and that we appreciate your understanding! However! If your doughnuts arrive looking like they have just returned from a 3-day bender at Reading Festival, then we will do our best to sort you out. Noone wants doughnuts that look like soggy, hungover pancakes.
