In-store programme

REGISTRATION:

To register:

  • Make a purchase in-store and choose to enrol in our Loyalty Programme via the Till Point. Click "Sign up or Check-in" and enter your mobile phone number.

POINTS AND REWARDS:ο»Ώο»Ώ

  • Receive one point per doughnut, cookie, coffee or gluten free doughnut purchased.ο»Ώο»Ώ
  • To obtain points, you must enter a valid mobile number at checkout via the Loyalty Programme "Check-in" or pay via a previously linked payment card if you are already enrolled.ο»Ώο»Ώ
  • Exchange 10 points for a free reward. Rewards can change at any time, and are subject to availability.ο»Ώο»Ώ
  • To check the status of your points and rewards, click the link via one of your loyalty programme SMS messages. You can also see your total points when you "Check-in" at the Till Point.ο»Ώο»Ώ
  • Points not collected at check-out cannot be added at a later date.ο»Ώο»Ώ
  • Only one reward can be applied per transaction.ο»Ώο»Ώ
  • Points expire after 12 months.

STAMP CARDS:ο»Ώο»Ώ

  • Stamp Cards will no longer be valid after 30th June 2024ο»Ώο»Ώ
  • Until 30th June 2024, rewards can only be claimed via Stamp Cards OR Digital Loyalty, not both.ο»Ώο»Ώ
  • Existing Stamp Card 'stamps' cannot be transferred to the Digital Loyalty Scheme
