Our gluten free products are produced in a completely separate production facility, in a different building to our main production kitchen to avoid any cross contamination. The products are baked, decorated and packed in this separate kitchen.

The current legislation states that only food that contain less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten can be labelled gluten free. Our products have been tested at an independent laboratory and only have 2 parts per million.


Due to the handling of nuts in our kitchen, we advise that nut allergy sufferers do not consume our products.


Our vegan products are made to a vegan recipe but are not suitable for milk and egg allergy sufferers as these allergens are present in our kitchens.
