How do I order?
The best way to order is by completing the form below, we usually respond within 48hrs.
When should I order?
Orders usually need to be confirmed and paid for at least 10 days prior to the event, however we may be able to accommodate orders after this depending on our current commitments and staff availability. Please note that orders for Sat, Sun & Mon are processed by 1pm the Friday before.
Can you do custom shapes, sizes or flavours?
Unfortunately we don’t do custom shapes or sizes. Please ask about flavours!
What are your delivery terms?
We currently deliver to Central London postcodes. If you require delivery outside of these areas please get in touch to discuss options.
Our delivery times vary from 7am – 6pm with most of our special order deliveries taking place between 8.30am and 11am. You will be given a delivery window upon ordering, but if you require a specific time just let us know.
Organising your own courier?
You may organise your own courier, to be collected from any of our locations within their opening hours. Staff are usually on site at least 30 mins prior to and after opening time and will be able to transfer to the courier within this time if necessary. Please note, once the product leaves our premises it becomes you responsibility.
